A young stage hand at the Laurenzi Theatre, and deeply in lover with Tallulah, one of the dancers, Lazslo was kidnapped by the Pig Men, augmented slaves of the Daleks and surgically altered into becoming one of them.
However, he turned on his new masters and aided the Doctor, Martha Jones and Tullulah in their fight against the Daleks in Manhattan. Although his metabolic rate was sped up by the surgery, the Doctor found a way to save Lazslo and the young pig-man and Tallulah were left in New York, determined to have a future together.
